My family and I have presented some unique challenges with my vehicles ranging from domestic Dodge and Chrysler vans to my very ornery Saab.  So far your staff has managed to respond to and correct all of the issues as well as the regular preventative maintenance.

"In this day of our "fast food society," seldom is thought given to providing correct, proper service. Who cares if you are dissatisfied, just leave, we have plenty of other customers.

Not I. If I am treated as just another number and receive improper, disrespectful service, I let the manager know why I will not return to their business. And I hold to it.

However, when I receive thoughtful, prompt, quality service, I believe in letting the owner/manager know, I appreciate their quality service.

I found one OrangeVale business, which does offer caring, quality service. Street Tech Auto Care.

Over the past 8 years, we have had minor, major repairs and one engine rebuilt by STAC.

Owner, Corey Shores and his staff of trained technicians have provided excellent quality service and repairs. Their estimates have been accurate and repairs made in a timely manner.

It is our pleasure to find thoughtful, caring, quality business in OrangeVale.

"I took my Mitsubishi Eclipse here after spending nearly 1 thousand dollars at the dealership for a "no start" condition that was never remedied. The dealer had diagnosed the computer as having been bad and after replacing it the car still wouldn't start yet I still had to pay the bill!
Anyways, I told these guys what the deal was and they immediately found the problem... the dealer had installed the wrong computer!!! They called the dealership and explained the problem and even arranged to have my car towed back to have the right computer installed as it would cost me no additional $$ for the dealer to install the correct one. They could have easily lied to me or made something up but didn't. Talk about INTEGRITY!  I did have to pay $90 for the diagnostic but they also "threw in" an oil change since it was on the rack and I think they felt bad for me. I would highly recommend these guys for any kind of automotive advice or repairs!"
